Step 1 of 3
Every route below ends with a system designed for your building, installed by our own engineers and handed over certified.
BS EN 13374 Class A
Freestanding guardrail that protects everyone on the roof, with no harness, no training and nothing drilled.
BS EN 795:2012
Cable and rail systems that let someone move along a roof clipped on the whole way.
BS EN 795
Fixed and mobile anchor points, davit arms and eyebolts, designed and load-tested for the structure.
BS EN ISO 14122
Marked routes that protect the membrane and carry people over pipework and plant.
BS 4211
Access ladders, hoops and hatches that make getting up there as safe as being up there.
BS EN ISO 14122
Self-closing and pallet gates that keep an opening protected while goods and people move through it.
BS EN 1873
Covers, mesh and guardrail that stop a fall through the roof, not just off the edge of it.
BS EN 365
Harnesses, lanyards and fall arrest kit, inspected and recertified every twelve months.
How it works

02 · DESIGN

04 · CERTIFY
Audit-readyHandover pack with certification — ready for any audit or inspection.
The same systems, specified for the way your building actually works — and the risks that come with it.
Mezzanine edges, loading bay openings and rooftop plant access — protected without stopping the goods moving.
Temporary protection while the work is under way, and permanent systems handed over certified.
Roof plant, gantries and process equipment reached safely, on a site that cannot stop for the work.
Maintenance rounds, contractor visits and annual certification — across one building or an estate.
Schools, civic buildings and older estates — protected without altering the roof or its appearance.
Lifelines, anchors and harnesses need recertifying every 12 months under BS EN 365, and guardrail needs inspecting at least once a year.
Inspection & recertification
Lifelines, anchors and guardrails need periodic inspection and recertification. We service any manufacturer's system — not just our own — and remind you before certificates lapse.

FAQs
The questions we are asked most often, before a survey is even booked.
If people access the roof for any reason — maintenance, plant, gutters — the Work at Height Regulations 2005 require the duty holder to prevent falls, prioritising collective protection like guardrails over personal equipment. A survey will tell you exactly what your building needs.
Guardrail is collective protection: a physical barrier that protects everyone with no training or equipment needed. A lifeline is personal protection: users clip on with a harness, which needs training, rescue planning and annual recertification.
No — freestanding systems are held down by recycled PVC counterweights and sit on protective pads. Nothing is drilled or welded, so your roof warranty is unaffected.
Guardrails should be inspected at least annually. Lifelines, anchor points and harnesses must be recertified every 12 months under EN 365.
Guides and updates on working at height, written by the people who install the systems.
Rooftop workers carry out some of the most challenging and hazardous jobs in construction and maintenance.
Skylights bring in natural light, but they also hide one of the most common rooftop dangers.
Maintaining HVAC, running inspections or accessing a roof for repair — every route needs edge protection.
